Cataract surgery

Cataract surgery is a procedure which is commonly performed to restore vision in persons suffering from cataracts. During the surgery, the cloudy lens inside the eye is removed and replaced with a clear artificial lens. The surgery is typically successful and can significantly improve vision.

At our centre all cataract surgeries are done with phacoemulsification with very small sub 2.2 mm incision with advanced oertli phaco machine and by a well experienced phaco surgeon, which allows speedy recovery, and excellent visual outcomes.

Each cataract surgery is done under topical anaesthesia, means no injection given in eye, and there is no need for any eyepatch.

Each cataract surgery done at our centre is painless, stich less, and patchless surgery.

We have TOMEY OPTICAL BIOMETER, which is the most accurate machine to measure intraocular lens power, with TOMEY OPTICAL BIOMETER machine, Biometry is most accurate, so ultimate visual outcome is excellent, and patient doesn’t need any glasses after cataract surgery.

We offer Monofocal lenses, Toric monofocal lenses, Edof lenses, Toric edof lenses, Multifocal lenses, Trifocal lenses and toric trifocal lenses to cater different visual requirement of different people.
